Social & Data Ecosystem.

Our Data Marketing consultants analyze your media ecosystem (advertising stack), website, CRM, and web presence to identify opportunities for opt-in data collection, leverage it in media activation programs, and measure performance against your objectives. This data can be used to build marketing personas to support branding activations or the internationalization of e-commerce campaigns.

Advanced Social Analytics.

Our Data Marketing teams have developed a proprietary suite of performance management tools, integrating the review of Ad-centric, Site-centric, and Back-end data, along with data adjustment variables by market. The suite also includes proprietary tools for measuring the contribution and incrementality of Paid Social campaigns on organic channels and Paid Search (Tech – Baghera).

Marketing Mix Modeling.

Since 2020, our Data Marketing teams have developed a Marketing Mix Modeling tool that integrates client data to manage, analyze, and forecast e-commerce activity globally or by market. The Tech – Sherekhan tool is available as a SaaS solution for advertisers and requires 2 to 3 months of adjustments to achieve a robust and scalable version.

Social CRM & Client Engagement.

We develop Social CRM programs that leverage first-party data in client activation and nurturing programs. Combined with a messaging and flow strategy, this approach allows for targeted work on customer purchase frequency and value. The program can also support tactical prospecting strategies in the brand’s domestic market or internationally.
